1/2 C. Coconut oil
1 Egg
1/2 C. Maple syrup
1 C. Plain greek yogurt
2 t. Cinnamon
2 t. Baking Powder
1 C. Oats
1/2 C. Whole wheat flour
1/2 C. Almond, brown rice, coconut or garbanzo bean flour
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
